> High Season rentals
During high season, July & August, reservations starting or ending on a Saturday are preferable. Always ask for short notice reservations, we never know !
> Cancellation Policy / Payment
The Guest must proceed in making 50% deposit of the total Rental in order to confirm the reservation, as soon as possible from the date of the reservation is requested. The remaining balance 50% has to be paid 60 days prior to the Guest’s arrival atthe Property. In case of a short notice booking, between 60 days and 1 day before arrival, full prepayment is required at the booking. All deposits (usually 50%) are final and non-refundable but can be transferred to any future bookingduring the same season, subject to availability.
** If cancellationhappens between the date you confirm your reservation by paying the 50%prepayment, and 60 days prior arrival = we refund 50% of the total, means we charge 50% of the total. - If cancellation happens between 60 days and 30 days prior arrival, = we refund 30% of thetotal, means we charge 70% of the total. - The reservation is not refundable between 30 days and arrival date. - In case of no show there is no refund.
> Security deposit
Adeposit of – 1500 – EUR is due tobe paid in cash or as pre-arranged, the latest being, at time of Check-In. Canbe paid by bank transfer 10 days before arrival. This Security Deposit is for security and will be refunded within ten (10)days of the Check-Out Date.
> Rental agreement
A Rental Agreement & Rental Rules is signed between the two parties, before arrival through email, and originals copies signed at Check-In. Juridiction : Greek law.
